I went to silk express for a wash and blow dry plus a protein treatment.I was charged a total of $108 for my service. On my bill there was a service charge fee of 20% which was a totaled of $18. I asked the manager what was the service fee charge for. Omg she told me 10% was for coming into there salon to get my hair done. Omg again she told me the other 10% was for requesting the stylist I wanted to do my hair. And that is a total of 20% service charge fee which is the cost of $18 and that is absurd and is madness.
