This was my sixth visit to this salon. The stylists—Bri, Veronica, and Tracie—have never disappointed me. I always get either a partial or full application of dark brown temporary hair color. My gray hair can be very difficult to color; however, in the past, I have always been satisfied with the results. I’m not sure what happened during my last visit. Either not enough color was applied, or I wasn’t left under the dryer long enough. I intend to return, and I’m hopeful the results will be better next time.

I had a mixed experience at this salon today. A trainee took out my braids and washed my hair, but after moving on to blow drying and straightening, the main stylist, Briana, noticed significant buildup left in the back of my head. Briana was honest, professional, and did a great job re-washing and finishing my hair.
