Hair went from no heat damage to heat damage all over. I wrote the salon and the only response they had was I could get a free treatment and that heat damage can happen sometime. This salon is a complete joke. If you don’t want your hair fried don’t go here. Every time I come I have a great experience here. Great customer service! Today was my 3rd time. My hair has grown so much in a year and a half. My hair is so much healthier than when I first started last year. I love that my curls revert back and they do not use excessive heat.

Great concept. For me, this is the break that I took from a few back to back protective styles. I'm transitioning from a relaxer. Washed, steamed, blowed, flat ironed, trimmed, wrapped, and styled. I love that I was not tricked in to anything. The price is the price. It was my first silk press...won't be my last. I was in and out everything was chill and comfortable.
