Staff is very rigid on 1hr later for chk out from 11am to 12pm , we ask for half day , till 4pm was refused on half day rates they wanted full day rates on 4 hrs , sevage smell on the lifts and surrounding even on the reception on some occasions
I really appreciated the early check-in because of my elderly mother. It solved the problem with what to do for 2 hours. Thank you to the service staff. Location is perfect for everything, but that's what you are paying for, otherwise I think it's a bit expensive. The major problem here is not having streaming channels like Youtube and Netflix etc. This is why I have booked my next stay in Sydney at Meriton Suites, and also Meriton is cheaper, but not as close to everything.
Had a wonderful stay at Silkari with my family. Felt like a home away from home. The warm and welcoming staff, Jackie, Susan, Markus, Jay and Leon & Helen. A great start to the day with a free tea and conversation. Great restaurant recommendations. Very handy having underground parking and located well to explore all that Chatswood has to offer. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. Thank you!
I would normally leave 5 stars for the one thing I enjoy of an experience to share our joy with others when travelling. Unfortunately, this review is not one of those and I share it to caution others, to hopefully avoid what happened to us recently as we had no visbility of the problems until we had arrived and unable to find an alternative last minute.
