Very VERY good rooms, location and service. The location is just incredible, next to a shopping center easy to get to. The rooms are very modern and clean and the service is superior i got upgraded for free and i also got room service 5 times in my trip
Such a pleasant experience I had. Very good location since I love shopping 🛍️. The rooms are very clean especially for $183. In addition, the service was very great! Totally recommend!
Don't come here with a baby or tolder. You will be forced to upgrade as the baby is counted as an adult. So for a couple with kid, you will need to stay in a 2 bedroom apartment eventhough your child will be sharing the same bed with you. If they run out of rooms and they cant offer upgrading, you are left with no choice...you just cant check in, go sleep on the street! Horrible service!
My personal pillow, which I have used for 40 years, is missing from my room after housekeeping. I am deeply disappointed and distressed by its loss. The lack of a clear explanation from the staff is unacceptable. I expect your immediate investigation and a response.
