I took my family member here for the laser removal package. Parvin performed the laser treatment, and after the second session, my family member got severely burned and left scars. Terrible do not recommend to anyone.

Horrible place and very rude staff. They somehow managed to burn my wife during her first treatment (yes they burned her bad enough that it has left a scar). Not to mention the extreme pain that followed. There’s no way we’re going back for more “treatments” only to be harmed again, so when I asked Parvin to cancel my future sessions she refused to refund. So they will keep ur money without performing any services for it!! Save your time and money. This place clearly doesn’t value customer care or safety. You’ve been warned.
Took my money for 7 sessions and then stopped responding to me. Be careful with your money and go somewhere else
NEVER go here to see Parvin or any of her technicians!!! I was SEVERELY burned by her laser treatment and she is refusing to refund me my money back even though it’s for prepaid treatments that I never did with her and will never do with her given the scars I still have. She’s trying to convince me to go back to get treatment even though I still have scars. The woman who referred me to her also got severely burned from her technician and is also still getting treatment. I will be taking legal action. DO NOT GO HERE!
