I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. The staff go out of their way to ensure you get what you envision at a reasonable price, no matter how many conversations that may take. I have never spoken to anyone who didn't treat me like family. In fact, it seems they pride themselves on this since they are just that -- a mom and pop shop. The owner, Roy Glass, is the consumate gentleman. I have no idea where the other reviewer is coming from, as I have done business here for over 10 years and have nothing but positive customer service from Roy and never a problem with product. I highly recommend Silk Screen Unltd.
I've been coming to Silkscreen for all of my company's screenprinting and embroidery for over 5 years. The only time I ever had a problem, my shirts were replaced on the same day. Last year, they bent over backwards to help me when I waited til the last minute and I was able to get my order for Christmas in only three days. I started coming to them for the price and I've stayed loyal because of the care I've received. I hope you guys read this because I just want to say thanks, again. Don't let the bad apples frustrate you.
