The traditional Chinese food is always superb. The service is top notch. Their staff always know how to treat the customers with care. Definitely one of my recommendations for traditional Chinese food.
Was a great spot to grab some very tasty, NON-greasy Asian food! Scallion pancakes were perhaps the best I ever had, and then my son and I split a tofu dish, chicken dish and house fried rice. The tofu is to die for, a really difficult food to perfect but it was absolutely delicious and the chicken was great as well! Heard awesome things about this place so I ordered egg rolls, beef noodles and veggie fried rice. I got take out and these sides to go with chicken I baked. While the food was descent I was so disappointed that I didn't get any hot mustard sauce. I've never had to ask for it at any other Chinese restaurant. Without it I just couldn't enjoy my meal.

Garden fresh vegetables, excellent cuts of meat and delicious sauces all make for fantastic Chinese food. And friendly staff and owners make this place #1. Silk Road Bistro is my favorite Chinese restaurant!
