"Horrible experience! 12 of us visited at 11 AM today. The waitress barely understood English, which led to a complete disaster. We ordered 13 dishes, but they brought out 15 and refused to take the extra ones back. The food was tasty. Our server gave the impression that substitutions couldn't be made for sushi rolls, except for serious alergies. Because of food sensitivities, plus allergies, there's a lot on the menu I can't eat without alterations. I checked with a different server later and was told substitutions can be made, just only 1 or 2, which could've worked for me, except it was past 2pm and the sushi bar closes from 2-4pm. The food was alright, but a bit pricey. There are definitely better spots in town with higher quality customer service and food. The jajangmyeon was edible, but quite salty. It was authentic, but the original owner (Korean grandma chef) must've changed or had someone else take over because it is far more saltier than it used to be (I had to add water to my dish). Very disappointing experience. We were seated as a table of three and only given one straw and two plates. I had to get up and grab my own plate, only to find the top plate in the stack was dirty and had to search for a clean one. Service was extremely slow. It took about 30 minutes for the first sushi roll to arrive, and we ordered four rolls. After that, each additional roll came out roughly 20 minutes apart.
