I have purchased multiple times from this company and been very happy but my last purchase, one of the items was out of stock and I received a note in the package that I would receive a refund. It’s been 1.5 months and I haven’t received a refund but I have reached out multiple ways to ask if the product is back in stock and if it could be sent to me but no response at all:(. Disappointed because I love their products!
I've been buying from Silk Naturals for years and love their products. Their skin care products have well-researched ingredients for a fraction of the price of the high-end versions. Their mascara and eyebrow cream are natural and affordable. Other natural cosmetics brands charge more than double for comparable products.
