I have been to Silk on several occasions. Yesterday when I went there I was shocked at the treatment I received when I made a simple request. My request was to please not use the emery board to remove my Gel nails. I asked if he could just use the Acetone Soak. He refused to do it and treated my horribly. His demeanor and comments were so RUDE that I stood up and walked out, Needless to say I will not be returning,

My mom and I went here today for a pedicure and I will definitely be coming here from now on. A basic pedicure was cheaper than their competition but they offered so much. It offered sugar scrub, lotion massage with hot stones, hot towels, paraffin treatment for the heels, and even a hot towel neck and shoulder massage while waiting for polish to dry. Very relaxing and a great value!

The pricing was competitive and the staff was friendly. However , it was the worst gel manicure I have ever received. I feel as though they robbed me of the full service expected with a manicure and she also cut one of my cuticles. I wil not return to this business in the future.

BEWARE!!! When quoted a gel mani/pedi price over the phone by Judy, it was comparable w/area salons. Service was GREAT! When it came time to pay, price for pedi was increased $20. When questioned, she said, "You must have misunderstood." Instead of gaining a new client, I would NEVER go back. BAIT & SWITCH!?!? BUYER BEWARE!!!

My husband & I stopped to get a pedicure before our dinner date night! We had made a apptmnt. We were pleasantly surprised with the hot stone pedicure at the end! We then we're surprised with a neck massage while my toes were drying & my husband was done. I loved how relaxing it was. Their massage chairs were great!the neck message was great!The people were friendly & smiling. We had a great time there & great experience! Prices were fair & normal to most others I go to! I will be coming back soon for my nails!

Took almost two hours to get my nails done. We usually go elsewhere but they were closed that day. Twice as expensive than I usually pay and then I was surprised at the end with an addition charge for fixing a broken tip that was not disclosed up front. They only had one bottle of polish that they were passing between each other and that slowed down the process even more. Would not go back even if I had to wait a week for my normal place to be available.

I have been trying to find a place with high quality mani pedis and good customer service and finally found it when I went here. Gel Polish was great and the options they have for pedicures is amazing great service

They seemed very shady. Quoted me a price and when I said no and started to leave she quoted me a lower one? I stayed and had my nails filled. Did not like the service or quality of the nails. She rang up the full price, didn't have any recollection of the lower price. Would not go back!
