Excellent place for a relaxing delicious meal. Homemade soups vary, but French onion is their specialty and always available. Service is superb and prices are moderate.
Went for lunch today(saturday) We both felt like a burger and ordered the"one eyed jack" It was cooked perfectly. Mine medium and hers medium rare. Perfectly! And they were delicious ! Like Wow! Or waitress Marcy (Marcie?) Was super friendly. Quick and attentive. The place was clean, bright and decorated with period mill items. We will go back when in the area.
We found the Silk Mill Grille after spending time strolling local Antique Shops around Orange. Looking up a good Hamburger near by offered the Silk Mill Grille at affordable price and good rated option. After a very enjoyable lunch, with great service in a very interesting Old Mill surrounding we agree it's a great spot and will return when in the area.
THE SILK MILL GRILL IS A CLASS ACT. MY STEAK WAS COOKED PERFECTLY.
