I’ve been trying to schedule a viewing for this apartment, took off work to go look at the place today and nobody was there for the “open house”. We couldn’t even get into the building, and the lady on the phone had no clue where I was talking about. After reading other reviews I think I will discontinue my search at this building. You could find much nicer places outside of the city for the same price.
In 9 mo of living there my son's had issue after issue. Yesterday was last straw- 3 am the compressor fan for his heat started grinding to the point that it seized up!!!He & my grandkids HAVE NO HEAT ITS 36°, NO MAINTENANCE PERSON AT ALL SINCE HES MOVED IN. HIS RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS FOR WHAT??

Excellent place to stay! Great management that cares about their tenants! Great location and peaceful!
