I had a really disappointing experience at Silk Laser Norwood. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. They were looking me up and down and whispering to each other, which felt very unprofessional and judgmental. It’s not the kind of atmosphere you expect when you’re trusting someone with your treatment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location based on my experience

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Norwood SILK Laser Clinics. I regularly book in with Chloe, a therapist who pays great attention to detail and makes me feel comfortable at all times during my treatments. I’ve been coming to her for hair removal treatments, and the results are incredible. Chloe takes the time to explain the process and aftercare, and her warm, friendly nature makes every session something I actually look forward to. I Highly recommend this clinic and especially Chloe for hair removal services!
