I was very disappointed with the service at this location compared to other branches. The treatment felt rushed and much less thorough. In particular, for the Brazilian laser hair removal session, it seemed like only a very small number of laser shots were performed, which made me question whether I was receiving the service I paid for. Emily really listened to what I wanted to achieve, let me know the process and how to take care afterwards. She delivered perfectly what I wanted and the clinic is really nice as well
