Before starting any treatment, I attended an initial skin consultation where I made it very clear that my only goal was to have my freckles removed. Based on that consultation, the staff recommended a treatment plan and assured me it would achieve that outcome. Yesterday I came in for the first time ever for laser hair removal. To be honest whenever Ive enquired I haven’t really had a good vibe from the girls in this clinic but the lady who took me through yesterday, she had blonde hair and the blue contact lenses. She was so polite, sweet and professional. I was uncomfortable taking my clothes off for treatment but she made me feel comfortable without any judgment.
