Love Cortney & Lisa. Great beauty knowledge & very professional & courteous. Was supposed to have facial by Angel yesterday as Courtney was booked up but was 4 Minutes late; after waiting most of that behind another client filling out computer form!! Was told VERy RUDELY by receptionist you are 4 minutes Late and we have a client in early so she took your spot. You will have to the- book. Client for many years. Am furious. !!! Absolutely disgusting customer service by receptionist.
I had Angel do a skin consult on me today and wow! She was amazing! Angel was so very thorough and she explained my skin to me in a way that I could understand. She answered all of the questions that I had and knew exactly what she was talking about. She worked with my budget and provided me with an idea of the things that I should and shouldn’t be using/doing. I can’t wait to come back and get a facial (and some much needed baby free time). Thank you so much ☺️
Zero complaints whatsoever! Cannot fault each and everyone of them & each different role is carried with such pride, passion & so so welcoming/comforting all round! Definitely recommend, Big big YES from meee Professionals for sure - pre perfect tbh!
