I had an appointment scheduled for 12.30pm on Friday 06/03/26 for laser treatment on broken facial capillaries which i had paid in advance only to receive a phone call at 11.30am 06/03/26 only 1 hour before my appointment only to be informed that my appointment had been cancelled due to policy changes which requires a doctors note for laser treatment ??? . I was never informed of this when i made the appointment.I asked for a refund only to be told no .Extremely dissapointed.
