They send me a message a day before if you are not coming or reschedule plz call on given number . I called 20 times before my appointment no response and they messaged me again if I missed my appointment again they will charge me 50 dollars fee . That’s called customer service . Funny 🤣
I am writing to express my disappoinment with the laser treatment i recevied this morning i was not happy with the service as the laser was not done properly i can still can see hair on my legs. Which make me feel like the treatment was not ineffective....
Delayed review, but I had an amazing experience with Nadia. She is so warm and welcoming. She really takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns. Extremely skilled and knowledgeable on different skin types. I’m a bit OCD and she is on top of her hygiene practice, she takes extra care when conducting her work. She always has a smile and makes you feel heard. The session was well worth it!
I wish i can give zero, very rude customer service.
