I was cheated out of half of my order! Spoke to Jodie on April 17, she assured me the remaining 5 dozen white roses would be sent out the same day at no charge! I still have not received the items and all of a sudden no one answers the phone! Looks like I need to dispute the charges for the items. Simple case of internet fraud, and false advertising!
Supply shipping charges in shopping cart upon ordering. Tey refuse to quote shipping costs until after they have charged your credit card. The shipping rates are an outrage!
The worst or non-existent customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
