I love living at Silk Factory. I can bike almost anywhere. The staff is friendly. My apartment is modern and unique. Lots of space and amenities. Great location. Perfect for me!
Since new management has taken over the Silk Factory Lofts isn't the same. Electric is horrible, I lived there for 2 years and would have to replace numerous light bulbs cause they kept burning out. Your water bill will fluctuate up and down as they make you pay for any vacant apartments. There is dog feces every where! Snow removal is horrible. The walls are painted with a real cheap paint so when you clean them they leave wipe marks..

These are great loft apartments in an up and coming area . Conveniently located within walking distance of 2 train stations and the center of town - which is starting to attract some nice restaurants and shops . A lot of the old architecture from when it was an actual silk factory was preserved (and is on display) which adds to charm and uniqueness of the building.
