It took 9 months to get my mom's partials, which were promised in a few weeks. Once she got them they never fit right. We went in a few times for adjustments but they didn't do much adjusting. They just kept trying to show her how to put them in as if that were the problem. When I asked for another visit they said we would have to start paying for "adjustments". I’m a patient at Silk Dental Wellness and wanted to share something I witnessed while waiting for my appointment. I don’t know all of the details that led up to the situation, but a man in the office became very upset and began yelling. I heard the staff repeatedly and calmly asking him to leave while trying to de-escalate the situation.
