I was in yesterday to get my wedding dress a process I was very nervous for. Immediately upon entering Serena was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude and was supportive. I was concerned I wouldn’t find my dress and I walked away having the most beautiful dress. After having multiple friends and family go here I can verify this is the best place to go in the Lehigh valley if your looking for a less stressful , fun experience with a staff that cares.
Serena was awesome and really listened to me throughout our appointment. I had an amazing experience thanks to her attention to detail and incredible service!
This was my first time visiting a bridal shop & was worried as I’m on a time crunch as I have approx five and a half months until the wedding day. I was greeted right away by Jenny who was so pleasant to work with. I didn’t have much in mind but she reviewed my favorites and ultimately I was able to find my dress and also take it home today! I felt beyond comfortable & listened to. Jenny was so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Silk! The appointment was easy to book, the space is beautiful and it was so nice to have a more private area for myself and my party to be during the appointment. They have a vast selection of size inclusive dresses and accessories. What really made my experience fantastic was working with Alexus. She was professional, made great recommendations the entire time and was able to inform me of the things that could be changed or altered by a seamstress.
