Made a haircut today, really liked it. The master understood what I wanted from the first try, didn't have to explain twice. Clean work, happy with how it looks.
Had a great first experience here with Jaymz. Looked after me well, explained what he was doing, what works best for my hair type and kept checking in with what I like. Looking forward to returning again for the spectacular service and great vibe. 10/10
Cancelled my appointment at 4:17 for a 4:15 appointment. Took my deposit. Apologised for being a few minutes late to my appointment as I was stuck on a phone call outside and the owner said “what appointment” in a very smug way. Good luck with your business. You clearly can’t keep staff.
Highly recommend using Silk barbers, Jaymz was super friendly and caring, really helped understand the flaws and ways I could improve the quality of my hair and natural style I wanted. My Go To barber if you in the area, if not.. he’s worth the trip. Mad store and good environment to get hair done before a weekend or event! Took his time which was much appreciated.
