If there is space available, get in Naquita’s chair. Absolutely enjoyed my service with her and my hair is so cute. Also, thank you to the lady at front desk (pixie cut with piercing - sorry I forgot your name but you were so professional and helpful).
I was unable to get into my regular shop due to their books being full. I searched around and found this place. I easily made an appointment online though a little hesitant. I must say, I am extremely impressed!!! The host, Shalam, was very sweet. Alexsys did my hair (she busted me downnnnn, honey) and was SO fast! Ayanna was working on another customer and was also friendly and personable. It's giving new hair home. I had a wonderful experience, and I will be back. Thanks again, ladies :)
I have had two previous braid downs done at this location for $25 in the last two months. Each time they had me register and put my name phone number in the system at the desk. Today, when I went there for my third braid down, she said they never did it for $25 and that I was not in the system. She was confrontational trying to prove I was lying when I have my 2 cash app receipts for the past 2 braid downs before.
