Poor communication and service
Silicone Seals go above and beyond. They've helped us with resealing tubs and sinks in multiple bathrooms and thoroughly investigated a situation of water getting in the house where the source was unknown. Their professionalism and responsiveness is top notch, but what sets them apart is their helpfulness and ability to offer a range of services and suggestions that will ensure your issue will be fixed in the long run. We are grateful to them for their knowledge, expertise, and great quality work!
Working with Dimitri and Andrei was a great experience. On the front end they were responsive and communicated quickly and clearly. Execution was amazing. Andrei even removed and replaced the new caulking he applied when I decided that I would prefer a different colour of Caulk than I originally specified.
