Peter and this "REIT" did us VERY dirty. My girlfriend and I were moving down to the Hyde Park area, and had a clear arrangement made with their realtor, "Glen Davis" (if that's even his name) as to our lease starting in mid June. Peter owns quite a few properties, one of them being my boyfriend and I's. As a disclaimer we are easy-going, low maintenance people. When we moved into beach walk, there were over 20 things wrong on the checklist. Everytime we reached out to someone regarding these issues, we were redirected to another person.
