Stay away!! Back office is a mess. I was a patient at SVSM for over 8 years. In the last year the office has gone through majors changes in the back end and doctors/ PA’s have left is masses with high turnover, they make you pay for visit up front even though insurance is accepted and has no copay and after speaking to their billing team many times I’m told one thing and front desk tells me another. I am always made to feel comfortable when I walk into Silicon Valley Sports Medicine...From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Gorman and Kate Ford, PA. It’s important to be heard and not rushed through a doctor’s appointment and that’s exactly how I’m treated at Silicon Valley Sports. Kate has a caring bedside manner coupled with patience and excellent care. I recommend Kate and Dr Gorman to anyone that asks for a GP or sports focused care.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gorman at Silicon Valley Sports Medicine for over a decade, and I can’t say enough good things about her practice. She is thoughtful, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. The front desk staff is friendly, organized, and always on top of things. They’re consistently helpful and responsive.
