A total rip off. The outpatient visit fee is twice as much as other clinics after insurance. And one of the “visits” is a virtual 30 min appointment.
My orthopedic surgeon recommended Dr. Gormon and her clinic. I have traditional medicare with supplement G that I pay out of pocket specifically to provide robust coverage. I haven't found a medical provider that doesn't accept this. I searched the website and tried to use their link for new patients. I saw nothing about medicare refusal. It simply returned an error. Called today to get more info. The woman on the phone was super rude. Directed me to the website. Wasn’t willing to answer questions about the practice via phone. Super bummed because it had great reviews. Do not get it. Very poor first impression and worst of all couldn’t get any questions answered to see if it’s a good fit for me.
Front desk and all medical staff are super friendly and efficient. My primary doctor, Dr. Lam, is probably the best primary doctor I've ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Excellent staff. I will continue recommending family and friends here.
