Be careful of this service provider. They will try to sell you some treatment which doesn't have coverage as they claimed. On 2/2/2019, my son had a office visit for regular check. After the check, Dr. Scott strongly encouraged us to do sealant treatment and confidently told us it is fully covered by the insurance.
