Angela Tu and Kelly Cerezo were amazing to work with. I had a dated and odd townhouse in the Bay Area that I needed to sell, but I no longer lived in the area. They took care of the entire remodel including styling, organizing contractors, and getting it ready to sell all while I lived miles away and coordinated with them over video calls and texts. If you're looking for a wonderfully easy rental experience, I strongly encourage everyone to work with Angela and Kelly. I rented a home for 2.5 years and loved every minute of it. Working with Angela and Kelly was extremely easy; they were easy to reach regarding any issues at the home (which were almost none), and were very flexible and understanding during the move in/move out process. I have never had property managers as communicative and accessible as them. Strongly recommend!
I was a tenant for two years, renting a property managed by Silicon Valley Heights. We really enjoyed our time there, Angela and Kelly were very helpful and very responsive whenever we had an issue at the unit.
