I had my first visit to the Silhouette Shoppe yesterday and loved it! Caitlin was my stylist. She listened to exactly what I wanted done and did not disappoint me. I had a root touch up and she matched the color perfectly! After a brief consult on what would be a great color for me, she added my highlights. She stays right on top of the process with no distractions. She also shampoos and conditions thoroughly. She did a great job shaping up my hair.
