Communication issue for customer need. Lady worked on my hair highlights and left 70% hair looked bleached yellow. She is not able to understand whats needed for final color. She also talked to other people although no help. 1-2 staff good they are not available most of times. Be cautious with this team not all of them are skilled for haircut or hair styles or hair color you are looking for. Waste of my money as I had to redo all my hair other place.
I have a couple chemicals burns and I didn’t get the color I wanted took a really long time and it was sooo expensive for something I didn’t even ask for and once I said it burned they didn’t even care my scalp is literally bleeding
Unbiased was great and the price was phenomenal
Wanted to have a quick haircut as I was just visiting LA for two days and found this salon online. Had the haircut within 1/2 hr and my haircut is well done. Thank you to the staff for understanding and taking care of my needs.
