Silisha & Company is having custom homes built behind my grandmother's house. The contractor tore my grandmother's back fence down without prior notice and has left her yard open. They said they tore it down so they can put up a nicer brick wall, which is all fine, except, that leaves the residents in that area vulnerable to trespassers. When I spoke with the builder, he asked, "Is this neighborhood bad?" I said that it is getting bad.
