Had my bike that I bought from Taiwan serviced here. Kai (master technician) is the go to person to look after your bike. After a few years of riding, I had the bottom bracket, crankset, cassette and chain (almost a complete overhaul) replaced and my bike now is running like new again!!! I recently ordered a part online from this store. Shipping was same day fast. When I received it it was not the part I expected, it had a different hole pattern on the chain ring. I emailed about this and was called back fast and was allowed easily to return it. I sent it back and had a refund in a week. I believe it was a clearance item but they had no issue taking care of me, Ian was great.
