LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Silent Moment Spa of Matthews! I have tried so many different spas and none of them compare to Silent Moment. The aesthetic of the spa is gorgeous - bohemian vibe with greenery, zen music, the comfiest waiting wait and the massage beds are super cozy. I always book the 100 minute ultimate relaxation with Ebony who is fantastic! She takes time to listen to problem areas and spends quality time on those focus points. Crystal was wonderful and gave me a great massage. Very relaxing and peaceful
The spa was tastefully decorated, and very quiet (which is necessary because of the way the walls are constructed-open on top/bottom). The quality of the massage was good. My only issue was that I asked for upper body only and feet, and said to skip the legs- but she did them anyway. Otherwise, my therapist was very polite, attentive, and kind. I absolutely loved my massage experience. Jarrod was very attentive, always asking how I was feeling. Making sure he wasn't too firm. Very informative of the things in need to do at home to relieve any neck tension. Very professional and showed the utmost modesty. Will be back again very soon.
