The one star is for whoever owns this establishment..DISCOUNTING all of the wonderful & talented hairstylists I’ve had through the last year, that YOU either fired or chased away. The business is run awfully. Your outsourced phone lines in the Philippines were annoying & inconvenient. You sucked the joy out of making an appointment.
