THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!! – I ordered a pair of shorts. All my information was correct and they typed it out wrong twice. SO I had to go re order the item. Finally they call me and tell me that the item I ordered has been discontinued!!! THEN THEY CHARGE MY CARD HOURS AFTER THEY TELL ME THE ITEM WAS NEVER GETTING SHIPPED OUT!!!!! and when I call to find out a month later why my card still hasnt been credited they are very rude and hang up on me!!! They are the worst people I have ever dealt with!!! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM ... read more

Terrible Customer Service..Do Not Shop Here On-Line – in Nov. 2010, I ordered Jacket on-line paid with credit card. Upon receipt (after a very expensive shipping fee) I did not like the material, Fit or overall quality. . I returned it 2 days after I ordered it and requested a Refund. (about$80.00) It is now almost Xmas 2010, I have sent them several e-mails and sent messages on their web-site. No Refund , My next e-mails will be to Better Business Bureau and NY AG office.

Deserves a NEGATIVE STAR! Check w/ BBB FIRST!! – I ordered a single pair of youth Wranglers for my daughter to show in at fair. I placed the order online with my c.c. and choose Priority Shipping (that's 2-3 days shipping)...that was 25 days ago!! The order didn't even ship for nearly TWO WEEKS!! Absolutely the worst shipping I have ever heard of... thank goodness I didn't use the $23 UPS Ground shipping (YES $23!!!!!)...the pants wouldn't have arrived until NEXT YEAR at their speed!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!!

Check the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON THESE SCAMMERS‎ – DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! I placed an order 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be shipped in 5 days.....well, the item was on backorder (which i would have never purchased if i had known it was on backorder) and wouldn't be available until 3 weeks!! I also purchased a few other things that were not on backorder. They charged my credit card for everything and told me the items they did have would be shipped now. Should have read previous reviews – Apparently I should have read the previous reviews and could have avoided getting ripped off. I ordered some jeans from them a month ago. Their web site says they will notify you if any changes occur to your order or scheduled shipping date. My shipping date got pushed back twice and they never notified me. Got shafted, never again – I ordered four shirts. Delivery was slow, and they were cut too small, so I returned them. I received only two shirts back. I sent several emails and made phone calls. They said they would get back by the end of the day, etc , but nothing happened. I paid for four shirts and got two. Stay away from these people.

DON'T ORDER unless you want to be raked over the coals – We ordered approx $212 (plus shipping $15) worth of clothing from Silberman’s Army Navy store aka workinggear early March. We received our order separately and needed to exchange one item for a larger one. We used the shipping label enclosed and sent the item according to the “return/exchange” policy.
