Refund due and not received – My experience is negative - they did not yet send me a due refund when I sent back an item I did not want. Their accounting goes at the speed of a snail, because my delivery confirmation said they got the return over 3 weeks ago but I got not refund. How can this the policy in this day and age? When I order on Zappos or Amazon I get free and easy returns and no penalty on returns or refunds. This Silbermans store has acted dishonestly and I will not shop with them.

Would give 0 stars if possible – I would have benefited from taking a quick look on the web to find reviews of this store, but I didn't and now I have a problem. I ordered 4 pieces but only got 3 in the package (which was sent slowly). I told them in a few emails that I didn't get an item but they said the bill shows all 4 were sent. But this was not what happened. I have been struggling to get a refund or the item but the company will not budge. I feel like I was scammed. I would give Silbermans 0 stars if I could do so.

Terrible Customer Service. Where is my refund – Terrible experience. Tried to order several items from them on April 10 2011. The company then slowly canceled my order piece by piece. Apparently Silberman's does not stock products and is incapable of actually fulfilling orders. They also only sent messages about the issues with the order to their own in house message system, which requires a log in, not my email. Where's my refund? – Shame you can't give negative stars! I ordered 2 pair of jeans and was given a shipping date. One week beforer the ship date my ccard was charged. Two days before the ship date my order was canceled, discontinued. (Did no one know this a week ago?) I immediately e-mailed about a refund. I received an automated e-mail that a credit would be issued in a few days. That was TWO MONTHS ago. I'm still trying to get my refund. My next step is the Attorney General's office. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Slow Slow Slow – Slow process to get the hoodie. I could easily go to the department store and get it for 5 dollars more. It aint that cheap. We waited for weeks and it was a birthday gift for my son. Missed the party to. Why should I get it from them if its too slow then?

Had to initiate a chargeback over dispute – Big problems with Silbermans...When they get your money they will not give it up no matter if you are right and are owed money! When you buy from this store, you better be sure to use a card that will facilitate the dispute process, because if they mess up in some way and owe you money or send a sub par item that needs to be returned and refunded, they will not straighten out the bill without a HUGE hassle. Dishonest crooks...wont refund me for item i returned – Ordered some clothing from them. When I had to return it, the process was easy enough. But I had to chase them to get my refund over and over. I was told it would take a few days, then it took weeks, and a full 60 days in the end to get a refund. Communication was poor, very hard to figure out who was in charge here. The whole staff seems untrustworthy. Terrible experience.

Really? – I ordered the NYPD turtleneck to wear under my winter duty coat and it actually came 5 days after I placed the order online. USPS flat shipping. I have no complaints and I'm surprised that every review here is a negative one. Perhaps they knew I was a cop based on my order and didn't want to piss off the NYPD or perhaps I was one of the lucky ones, but more likely everyone who had a bad experience with this establishment felt the need to voice it online becasue they are understandably frustrated.
