Patrick was great to speak with. We were looking for some quick legal advice for a contractor dispute just to know what options we had on our end and Patrick provided us with great information. Confusing and contradictory response from the owner. There was no context on this review, simply a 2 star rating. They proceeded to state that their policy is not to respond yet they are responding and I can guarantee that they don’t know who I am or why this review was left. It was earned. They claimed my post was innaccurate, but it had no context. Straight up liars, but that’s was attorneys do best. Believe the law firm that’s contradicting themselves though…
