Zero stars if I could. Imagine paying good money just to have your requests completely ignored and be treated like your opinion doesn’t matter. This salon seems to believe that once you’re in the chair, they get to decide what you want. If making customers cry is the standard here, then congratulations—you’ve mastered it. I’ll be taking my money somewhere that understands the basics: listen to your clients, treat them with respect, and deliver the service they’re actually paying for.

No customer skills whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. When you’re paying for a service, you expect the stylist to listen to what you want and communicate honestly about what’s possible. Instead, it felt like they did whatever they wanted without considering my requests. The service itself was disappointing, but what hurt the most was the way I was treated. I've been going to Silas for years and he always is top notch. I have always gotten a great cut and color! Highly recommend anyone in his salon.
