Love the price of living here. But I have some gripes. The walls are in desperate need of attention, I don't think they have been pained since the early 2k. The carpet stinks so badly that I think it's original from the '80s. The laundry machine will work in a pinch (but honestly, I'll go pay the extra dollar at the laundry mat to be done in an hour). NEVER EVER rent from this place! The manager is very very rude and should not be working with people at all. She lies and then acts like she knows what you’re talking about. The neighbors were horrible and the management let them harass my kids and myself for two and a half years. The things they did and said were so bad and horrible. My health declined while living there. Had to put up cameras to prove we were not doing the things they said we were and didn’t believe anyway. Only issue is your packages WILL get stolen here: use a P.o. box, find a pickup location, or ship what won’t fit into your mail slot somewhere else. otherwise, peaceful apartments with a nice view and good location. Brittany is a great landlord and there were never any problems with management. Maintenance requests, snow removal, and general upkeep were addressed promptly and hassle-free.
