Dr. Wang was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and his staff are friendly and inviting. I was treated like I was his only patient and even though I was scared to have the cataracts surgery, his staff put me at ease. He is great to communicate with on the patient portal and answers questions almost immediately on there and personally called me to see how I was making out after my surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing cataracts surgery and what can I say- best in the world- Mass Eye & Ear!!!
Answering for my husband Anthony Mazzucco -- Dr. Wang listens to what I have to say, and asks me if I have any questions. If i do , he answers the questions and makes sure I understand his recommendations, treatments and medications. I never feel rushed. When we are finished he asks again to make sure he answered everything. Finally tells me when I should make a date for my next appointment. Also reminds me that if something comes up, call the office and make an appointment.
I had cataract surgery with Dr. Wang and I am very happy with the result. He is very professional, caring, and takes the time to listen to all concerns and questions. I never felt rushed during my visits. He also replies promptly to messages. I truly appreciate his care and highly recommend him.
I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Wang was a miracle worker. My vision is now clear and sharp. The procedure and the process leading up to it was very smooth. I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Wang even called me at home on the night following the procedure to check on me. Dr. Wang is a highly professional and caring provider.
