If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Dr. Silas Cardwells office. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone; the phone is rarely answered, and when it is, the front desk staff is incredibly unprofessional. They are rude and disrespectful to callers, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable and courteous medical care.

Dr. Cardwell takes time to listen. He is curious enough to search for causes and find answers. He was instrumental in diagnosing my brother’s prostate cancer. If I still lived in Detroit, Dr. Cardwell would be my choice.
