Silas was an excellent realtor! He went above and beyond to help us sell our home in a short amount of time. It was our first home to sell and we had to sell and buy another home out of state quickly. He was there for every step, best negotiating, questions, advice, and felt like family. We appreciated it all and recommend his services to anyone trying to buy or sell in El Paso!
Bad service all around. Called and employees just hanged up. When they finally decided to answer. Ask questions about some properties, nothing could be answered. They are completely incompetent to help a customer. I guess they are just there to charge their commission and funk everyone else.
Silas helped me sell my 11 acre farm in Clint TX and was highly recommended by a good friend. Not only did my farm sell shortly after it was listed, he knew all the ins and outs of all the paperwork that is required in such a transaction. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them with great knowledge and patience. Next came finding me my new forever home in El Paso, TX. Words can not express the gratitude, patience , kindness the whole entire process! Janet went above and beyond even when I couldn’t attend she would show up for me every single time! As well as Silas always made sure everything I wanted and needed was done! I highly recommend! They will not disappoint you!
