Silas Auto Repair took my money during COVID and never even started fixing it! Trash business with a terrible owner. Do not come here, they just take your money. Worst place in the world.
Took my car there bc closest auto shop when it broke down, I trusted good reviews on this site, I was disappointed, silas took in my car charges me 1600 for a used part to replace, while ruining some wiring that never got fixed, they chopped my protective layer under my car to bits, I asked local * wrench shop on murray st., they said they would do the same job with new parts and charged less, silas shop also accused me for not paying whole amount, but I did I have receipts as proof, everyone keep your receipts,this man is a... read more
Silas, or one of his mechanics in his staff taped my check engine light and called it a day. The vehicle came in with a check engine light and left with it off, I thought it was fixed. Today 2020 I was taking my dash apart to replace my speedometer lights and found tape over both the check engine bulb and housing for the check engine light. You lied to me and I trusted you to fix my vehicle properly if I'm paying you.
A 19hr engine swap took him 18 days and didn't do a good jobi was low on transmission fluid plus leaking fluid now waste of time and money so don't get no WORK done by him
Very mean man & he walked away with $3000 cash. Didn't replace engine but put the old rusty engine back in. Not an honest person.
