Make sure if you are using them that you’re looking up any parts that they are advising you to buy as they severely overcharge for any service that they give. I had the membership where they came out two times a year and each time they would come out with some kind of recommendation or something needs to get changed. I even had one of their technicians break my thermostat by shorting it and said I had to pay $800 for a new thermostat and installation.
