It’s just a business to them. They didn’t even attempt to get to the root of the problem and instead wanted to use “bandaids” aka Miralax until it becomes detrimental. My 11 yr old male cat clearly had internal bleeding visibly seen by tarry stools via pics that I showed them & had constipation. Dr Brickett is such an amazing vet, She is not afraid to admit when an issue is new or unknown to her and will consult with specialists to help diagnose the issue. She is so gentle with all my guinea pigs even when they are terrified of being in a new place. My dog absolutely loves her.
Dr. Brickett is amazing! She handled my 1 year old ball python with the hands of someone experienced with treating reptiles. She is knowledgeable, and gave my snake the time we needed to ask questions and examination. I didn't feel rushed, and she answered questions I forgot to ask from her office. The front office staff was super friendly, professional and I am considering bring my dog, Lucy to her as well.
New to Palm Bay, new puppy. Staff and Dr. Paul have been so nice and professional! They all spend time with my puppy and answering my questions as this LITTLE guy is the first time I had a little dog! Thanks and love the spay/neuter program!
