I’ve been coming to Sikha’s Eyebrow Threading for over four years, but this last visit was beyond disappointing — and honestly, disrespectful. I was serviced by the threader in the first chair next to the register. She charged me $30 for( full face)waxing and threading, yet left an entire section of my mustache untouched. There was still visible hair on my under-chin and neck — areas that were supposed to be cleaned up. Was a ok job but the person threading my brows did not do the bottom just the top I had to tell her its not done to fix it. It was a ok job after all my directions but I shouldn't be telling someone how to do their job. Would not recommend if your looking for professional work done.

I’ve been here many times with my family members but not anymore! The person who normally does my eyebrows was busy with other customers so I ended up trusting someone else with my brows. Never again! She literally messed up my entire brows and now someone else had to finish up her work and clean up my brows. To top it all off they were speaking in Bengali and using abusive and derogatory comments about me. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they do great work, but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. The last time I went, she rushed through my appointment and handled my eyebrows roughly—it felt like she was already having a bad day, but I chose to overlook it. HORRIBLE. Sikha is annoying and she’s always asking for a tip when the eyebrow threading service is already 10 dollars. Mocked me and my sister after we said “no tip” as we walked out of the establishment.
