I took my Lexus LS 430 in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. I didn't know my tire size and went out to look. When I came back in one of the guys behind the counter went off about how he told me they don't change low profile tires and that he told my mine were low profile. I told him I wasn't there to argue with him and walked out. He seemed more interested in winning a non-existent argument than providing me service.
My daughter goes to school in Bowling Green and needed tires. My family lives 2 hours away. I called acquaintances in Bowling Green to find a tire store and they recommended Sikes, strongly. Lee is the sales rep who took care of everything. Extremely helpful, gave me options and an opinion, and he took the transaction personally.
