Excellent care and professional service. Made the MRI experience as good a possible for a claustrophobic individual. Great location. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Not only have I been a patient at both Siker facilities but I am also a referring provider. The quality of work as well as the MRI equipment is second to none and the staff is compassionate and caring. I also like the fact that Dr SIker is a neuroradiologist and highly regarding among doctors in the area. In fact, I was in his office once when a woman just flew in from Atlanta Georgia with a referral from her doctor there and she was told Dr SIker was the best and to make the trip. As I observed, she did!
So unfriendly, careless staff.
The gentleman that did my scan was awesome! I'm severely claustrophobic but he worked with me in a very humane and compassionate way to help me get through it. We ended up with a perfect scan. "Thank You" to him.
Amazing customer service, we needed a rush on some imaging and the staff worked us in very quickly and even coordinated our insurance and doctors.
