DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Find anyone else. The first visit went fine but after that, I waited 30+ mins for the two virtual appointments I made. My insurance required prior approval for medication and this was the straw that broke the camel's back. My insurance faxed twice, the pharmacy called five times, I had to call FOUR times, and I emailed the Dr. through the Privia app once.
