Neferetti Hair Salon is extremely customer friendly and oriented. The professional hairstylist are all gifted, talented, skilled, and timely. The. warmth and overall experience is like no other. The owner Lele does an incredible job consistently training her staff everything she does herself. The styles,braids, weaves, cuts, locks and everything else is top quality and they all deserve to be recognized. Avoid this place at all costs. Didn’t honor the price we agreed on a day before, they tried to overcharge and offered service had to be fixed in a week due to the poor job. Won’t take ownership to fix and wants me to pay to fix their job. No receipt either and they pass on the merchant fees to customers. NOT visiting again, will try to report this to state. Chances are this review will be taken down by owner.
