desk lady never picks up the phone, have been left on hold until close multiple times. avoid if you can.
The staff upfront is awsome and about 5 years ago it was awesome. After my last P.A. left, I got Oscar Perez P.A. for my dad and I, but my dad is hard of hearing and I asked to be with him and he flat out said no. Needless to say, I didn't stay with the McKinley Building. I decided to go to West Belleville and see an actual M.D.
