My husband used to see Andrea at the Collinsville location. She's moved on now, and today was our first appointment with the provider at the Fairmont City location. It was a bad experience, mostly because no one will ever be able to compare to Andrea's quality of care, but also because they do not allow family members sit beside the patients during their exam. They are very rude as I needed to speak to my sons Dr as I am his POA and they would not let me go back with him. I will definitely be finding him a new Dr after this. Even my son said they were rude to him and felt like he was a burden to even be seen. This is unacceptable and I will be reporting this office.
