Nurse Nikki and the receptionists are exceptionally wonderful. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Rose Craig Nurese Practitioner Not very knowledgeable about how to treat patients and or talk with them. I could here her outside my room talking to everyone about nothing and her cold. I heard her ask about my sample loudly in the hallway (HIPPA). When she came in my room she stood right in front of me even though I heard her speaking with others about the cold she had. Went in to the walk in Clinic yesterday at 10:30 am. I did not get seen by anyone until 12:45-1pm ish. Way too long of a wait, Y'all need to hire more folks, because having a packed waiting room on a Monday morning is insane. Also, when I did get seen, all they did was do a test swab to see what is wrong and said they will "call me" later that afternoon with my results. It's been 24 hrs later, and I haven't heard back. I went there to see what sickeness/infection I have, and not even to get my results that day is asinine. I ... read more
